Dr. Robert Shepard, class of 1969, was honored at the UNCF Alumni Hall of Fame at the NAC/NPAC Leadership Conference on Saturday, Feb. 16, in Atlanta, Ga. Shepard is the founding executive director of Science and Engineering Alliance, Inc. (SEA), an organization that serves the research community of smaller institutions desiring to improve their research infrastructure for greater participation in Federal Research and Development projects.
