The Office of Alumni Affairs along with Coach and Athletic Director George Williams have launched the Join the Race Scholarship Campaign. This goal of this campaign is to raise $250,000 for scholarships to support the scholars of Saint Augustine’s University.

Sheryl Harris-Ximines, director of Alumni Affairs, expressed the importance of this campaign. “My goal, in collaboration with Coach George “Pup” Williams, is to raise funds for scholarships to help keep our scholars enrolled at Saint Augustine’s University,” stated Harris-Ximines. “I would like to have 1,000 alumni as well as friends and supporters of the university to give at least $250 each for a total of $250,000. I want everyone to understand that any and all amounts are accepted, big or small. Whatever amount individuals choose to give will get us closer to our goal. I know we can do this!”

Coach Williams concurs with Harris-Ximines.

“This is our university and it is essential that we support it,” Williams said. “I am asking you to give because it is our obligation and duty as alumni to give back and pay it forward. My hope is that you give with a generous heart because you love Saint Augustine’s University and want to see it prosper. Remember – WE ARE SAINT AUGUSTINE’S UNIVERSITY FALCONS!”
