CIT Has an Online Support System
The Center for Information Technology (CIT) online ticket support system allows individuals to submit issues quickly and worry free. It also allows CIT the ability to address matters in a more timely fashion rather than have individuals call, email or stop by the CIT office, which can often become an inconvenience.
CIT is asking the campus to allow up to four hours for an issue to be addressed. Also, tickets submitted after 3 p.m. will be addressed the following business day.
